What has the Association done so far?

Representatives from our neighborhood regularly meet with developers to discuss
projects that will affect our neighborhood. Flower Estates Civic
Association has a reputation as a  professional, organized group that
holds developers accountable regarding their commitments. We welcome
responsible commercial development along the Hwy 21 corridor that
reflects and compliments our established community dynamic.

Our association works to maintain the natural beauty of our subdivision.
Hurricane Katrina damaged the neighborhood and homeowners park. Trees
came down, work crews camped, and unfortunately there was vandalism.
Our association organized a neighborhood clean up day where we walked
every street, picking up debris and thoroughly cleaned the park.
